Getting to Know Chatfield
Chatfield is a positive and dedicated articulation built on the foundation of strong family and community partnerships with each school exemplifying “better together” for a comprehensive educational experience.
All of the schools are dedicated to families through traditions, activities and dedicated, professional caring educators and staff. The Chatfield schools are high-achieving with many academic growth percentiles above the district and state in both English Language Arts and Math.
At the high school level, over 160 courses are offered across 13 disciplines which includes 18 Advanced Placement (AP) and 38 concurrent enrollment classes. Chatfield High School is currently state champions in softball, regional and league championships in several sports with a long-standing tradition of excellence in extracurricular activities.
All of the schools leading up to high school offer a variety of pathways and programming including Pre-AP, STEM, the Leader in Me, gifted and talented (GT), oral interpretation, South Jeffco Children’s Theater, choir, band, orchestra and more.
Chatfield also supports learners in three center programs offered from pre-k through 12th grade: ASD, SSN and gifted and talented (GT).
Chatfield schools serve students as they strive towards instructional excellence and an extraordinary student experience.

Chatfield Articulation Area Representatives
Chatfield Community Superintendent
Each articulation area is supported by a Community Superintendent, who serves as a link between the schools, the community and the district. Community Superintendents oversee school management, monitor and evaluate school effectiveness, student achievement and implementation of curriculum.
