Stony Creek Elementary participates in several PTO fundraisers throughout the year. We encourage you to participate in these fundraisers to help keep the programs and educational tools that are funded through the PTO going. Thank you!!

Main Fundraiser - This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  It is contracted out to a company that provides all brochures, prizes, products, and an assembly that kicks off the fundraiser. There is a multitude of items the students, with the supervision and help of family members, will be selling. The proceeds from this fundraiser in the past have provided Smart Boards, Laptops, and Chromebooks for the classrooms.

Amazon Smile

AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice.

 Fall Festival 
- Our Fall Festival is a great way to kick off the school year. This event has been our second largest fundraiser for two years in a row.

Spirit Nights- Spirit Nights are an opportunity for families to go out to dinner at various restaurants that will donate a portion of their sales for that evening to Stony Creek. Spirit Nights are arranged by the PTO board throughout the year.  We are always looking for new Spirit Night opportunities. 

Box Tops Program– This program is a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for other PTO funded events without fundraising. Box Top labels are collected throughout the year, and the school receives $.10 per label.

How can I participate? You can participate in Box Tops for Education in any, or all, of three options, clip, shop, or charge.

  1. Clip and Save Box TopsEncourage students, families and other community members to clip and collect official Box Tops logos from participating General Mills products. Bring the Box Tops into school and look for contests. The more Box Tops logos, the more cash the school will receive.
  2. Shop Online Shop online through the Box Tops for Education Marketplace at Up to 10% of each qualifying purchase is donated to your designated school. When you register simply designate Ute Meadows Elementary as your designated school.
  3. Charge with Box Tops for Education Visa® Charge with the Box Tops for Education Visa® card at more than 20 million locations worldwide. A full 1% of every purchase is donated to your designated school. There is no annual fee and a low APR. Call 1-800-227-9605 or apply online to sign up to support your school.
